Course Description –Advanced Open Water Diver Course(Livein Adventures, Vizag)

The Advanced Open Water Diver Course is your next big step after completing the Open Water Diver certification. This course enhances your confidence, sharpens your skills, and introduces you to deeper, more adventurous diving experiences. It’s designed to expand your knowledge of the underwater world while helping you become a safer and more capable diver.
This program includes 5 Adventure Dives — two are mandatory, and the remaining three can be chosen based on your interests.
 

Mandatory Adventure Dives

1. Deep Adventure Dive – Up to 30 Meters
Discover what it feels like to explore deeper parts of the ocean.You’ll learn how deep diving affects your body, how to handle additional challenges at depth, and how to stay safe while descending to 30 meters(100 ft).
2. Underwater Navigation
A must-have skill for every diver.
You’ll learn how to navigate underwater using:
  • Compass techniques
  • Natural landmarks
  • Kick-cycles
  • Time & distance estimation
This helps you move confidently without losing your way during any dive.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 12 years
  • Must hold an Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent)
  • Must complete a scuba diving Medical Questionnaire & obtain medical clearance if needed
  • Students must carry personal swimsuits, towels, caps, and required personal items
